Thistledown House is a bed and breakfast in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
"My husband and I visited Thistledown in North Vancouver in June 2005 whilst
on our honeymoon trip across Canada. Ruth and Rex are very friendly hosts and gave
us good advice so we made the most of our visit to Vancouver. Thistledown is very
conveniently located and there is a bus close by which you can take into Vancouver.
Thistledown House has a lovely homely atmosphere. We stayed in Sweet Tibbys room
and it was quiet and cosy. The breakfasts were a great experience in themselves!
Not only did they taste great but they were very sociable and we could have quite
easily spent all day chatting to the other guests and Ruth and Rex!
There is plenty to do in Vancouver and we definitely plan to return and stay at
the Thistledown." R.P. St. Albans, U.K. June 2005

Harbour Air Seaplane from Nanaimo on Vancouver Island to Vancouver
Our honeymoon trip across Canada meant that we had to take a Harbour Air seaplane
from Nanaimo on Vancouver Island to Vancouver. Despite the poor weather it was a
good experience as I had never been in a seaplane before!
