La Trelade Health Club Guernsey is a fully inclusive leisure and health suite offering
membership to adults, (children are welcome as guests) wishing to exercise and meet

The indoor pool is open from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8.00pm
weekends.
The indoor swimming pool measures 13 X 5 meters. The area is spacious with teak
lounges and French windows opening onto a South facing sun terrace and garden.
Towels and robes are provided and there are lockers and changing rooms available.
Children of 15 and under must be supervised at all times while using the swimming
pool.
Children are not permitted to use any of the other health suite equipment.
The sauna and steam room are conveniently located within the shower zone and close
to the indoor swimming pool so that all wet areas are together.
The sauna can accommodate six people and the steam room up to eight people in comfort.
The hotel health suite gymnasium is equipped with resistance equipment plus free
weights, as well as treadmills, cycles, rowers and a stepper.
Our qualified instructors are also on hand to provide fitness assessments, sports
massage along with diet and nutritional consultations.
