Welcome to Les Rocquettes Hotel, St Peter Port, Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
Once a country mansion, the main house at Les Rocquettes was built in 1765 on the
outskirts of St Peter Port, Guernsey's capital. In 1946 the house was first transformed
into an hotel by the Johnson family who continued to own and run the hotel until
1996.
Les Rocquettes Hotel was then acquired by the Sarnia Hotels - a family owned hotel
group that operates three quality St. Peter Port hotels in Guernsey. In the last
few years the Les Rocquettes Hotel has been substantially enlarged and altered adding
additional accommodation, multi purpose function room and health suite with indoor
swimming pool.
Les Rocquettes Hotel has an excellent location, being within walking distance of
the town centre of St Peter Port, and Beau Sejour - Guernsey's main sports and leisure
centre. The hotel has ample car parking and is well served by the Guernsey bus service.
Accommodation at Les Rocquettes Hotel, Guernsey
Hotel accommodation at Les Rocquettes Hotel Guernsey consists of 51 bedrooms, made
up of double, twin, family and single rooms along with two self catering apartments.
There are three grades of bedrooms at Les Rocquettes Hotel - Deluxe, Superior and
Standard. All the hotel's bedrooms are en suite, and facilities include colour television
and radio, direct dial telephone, beverage tray, hair dryer and mini safe. The superior
rooms are all located in the new wing of the hotel, and all have balconies and have
the additional facilities of small refrigerators and trouser press.
Three of the superior rooms allow wheelchair access into the bathrooms, along with
ample turning space in the bedrooms. Two deluxe rooms were added to the accommodation
at Les Rocquettes hotel in 2001 - large double rooms which have been furnished and
decorated to very high standards.
The new wing of the hotel is linked to the main house by a stylish atrium complete
with helical wooden staircase and attractive fountain. The atrium provides attractive
lounge areas on three levels for hotel residents.
Self Catering Apartments at Les Rocquettes Hotel, Guernsey
Les Rocquettes Hotel owns two self catering apartments conveniently located in St.
Peter Port, Guernsey. Les Rocquettes Hotel provides the freedom of a self catering
holiday in addition to the use of hotel facilities whenever you wish.
Both the self-catering apartments have a spacious lounge / diner with colour TV
and direct dial telephone, plus a well-equipped kitchen complete with washer dryer.
Apartment 1 - sleeps up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms
Apartment 2 - sleeps up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms
Self catering apartment guests may use the Mulberry Health Suite including the indoor
pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym as well as the garden and also enjoy
meals and drinks in the popular bar and restaurant.
Health Suite
The facilities in The Mulberry Health Suite at Les Rocquettes Hotel Guernsey include
a 12 x 7 m indoor swimming pool, which has an integrated children's pool and Jacuzzi.
The health suite also provides a sauna and an excellent gym. Equipment includes
a multi gym with toning equipment, treadmills, exercise bike, stepper, rowing machines
and a cross trainer.
The heated indoor pool and gym have French doors which lead out on to the sun terrace
and attractive, sheltered gardens.
All the facilities of the Mulberry Health Suite Guernsey are free to use by hotel
residents. Day membership of is available at extra cost to include a two course
lunch.
A limited number of half yearly and yearly memberships are available for Guernsey

Les Rocquettes Hotel Restaurant
The Oak Restaurant Guernsey provides a more contemporary and stylish restaurant
ambience.
A traditional breakfast is served here, and the restaurant is also open at lunchtime.
Hotel guests on "half board" can choose from the daily changing set dinner menu
featuring seasonal dishes, locally sourced where possible or from the wide selection
on the a' la carte menu (where some dishes carry a supplement).
At The Oak Restaurant St. Peter Port Guernsey menus are complemented by a carefully
selected wine list, with several good house wines on offer.
Guests on half board terms can also take advantage of our "Dine Around" scheme and
enjoy dinner at one of these fine Guernsey restaurants in our sister hotels: Best
Western Hotel de Havelet and
Best Western Moores Hotel,
both located in St Peter Port.

There are plenty of comfortable relaxing areas for guests at Les Rocquettes Hotel
Guernsey, from the bright and airy atrium to the warm ambience of the Mulberry Lounge.
On fine days guests can lounge and sip a drink in the beautifully tended gardens.
The stylish new Oak Bar buzzes with life - popular with "locals" as well as hotel
guests the bar is open throughout the day and features an excellent selection of
lunches and dinners, as well as lighter dishes in between.
The Oak Bar often runs "themed" food weeks, and there is occasional live entertainment
featuring local jazz musicians.
