The Peninsula Hotel in Vale Guernsey, is the most recently built of all Guernsey's
hotels and is ideally situated on a sandy beach on the north-west coast of the Island.
The name Peninsula stems from the location of the Hotel on a small peninsula with
a wonderful view over Grand Havre Bay from the front of the hotel and one of Guernsey's
most sheltered beaches at the end of 5 acres of gardens.
The Peninsula Hotel in Vale is ideally suited for family holidays, restful short
breaks, meetings and conferences as well as wedding receptions and banqueting. With
its 99 en-suite bedrooms and flexible banqueting and conference facilities, the
Peninsula Hotel can cater for all your requirements.
The Peninsula Hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from Easter
until October, weather permitting.
Accommodation at Peninsula Hotel, Guernsey
The Peninsula Hotel, Guernsey, has 99 en-suite bedrooms all equipped with satellite
television, hair dryer, direct-dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities.
Each bedroom has a single and a double bed with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
We also have 7 sets of interconnecting rooms as well as some family rooms which
can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 39 of our 99 bedrooms are non-smoking rooms
and 32 of them have views over Grand Havre Bay. 25 of our bedrooms are on the ground
floor and the hotel has a lift to the other 2 floors.
2 of our ground floor rooms have wheelchair access and are category 3 disabled bedrooms.
The hotel has wheelchair access throughout with car parking for disabled guests
at the front door.
Peninsula Hotel Restaurant
The Peninsula Hotel, Guernsey, offers a choice of dining possibilities.
Our Sarnia Restaurant proposes an a la carte menu as well as a table d'hote menu
which changes daily. This menu is based on selected fresh produce with the accent
on local fish and seafood.
Our Rendez-vous Bar provides a wide range of lunches with a selection of daily specials.
The bar dinner menu is also extensive for those who require a lighter evening meal.
In Summer, lunches are also served by the pool where you can enjoy your meal and
have a swim or just lounge in the sun.
The Peninsula Hotel also has extensive banqueting facilities and menus suitable
for finger buffets, wedding receptions, quiz evenings and formal dinners can be
obtained on request.
Guernsey Conferences, Meetings & Function Venue
We provide a comprehensive range of equipment free of charge for use when hiring
a conference room. We also have access to an extensive range of additional Hi-tech
equipment which can be hired for the period of your event.
Guernsey Weddings
The Peninsula Hotel is an ideal venue for your wedding reception. The Hotels flexible
function suite can cater for as few as 20 guests and as many as 150 and is equipped
with a private bar and a dance floor. The hotel also has a big car park for up to
120 cars.
Free overnight accommodation is provided for the bride and groom and we have a wide
selection of wedding menus for you to choose from.
The Peninsula Hotel also offers the following:

- No charge for the use of the function suite for your wedding reception and your
evening disco
