The Old Court House Hotel is near Gorey, a charming little harbour on the Jersey's
quieter south east coast. Gorey harbour is short walking distance from the hotel.
There is a bus stop outside the hotel which you can take for a 25 minute journey
into St Helier (4 miles to St Helier).
Old Court House Hotel is away from the main road (so it's nice and quiet), directly
opposite the 4 mile sandy beach of The Royal Bay of Grouville. You just need to
cross the main road and you are on the sandy beach! This is a perfect beach for
family swimming with various water sports being available.
Gorey Harbour is close to the hotel and it has a great choice of seafood restaurants,
shops, plus Mont Orgueil Castle and the Jersey Pottery. Gorey harbour and ferry
terminal enable you to take trips to the nearby French ports of Carteret and Port
Bail which are only a few miles away.
The Royal Jersey Golf Club (18 hole links golf course) is just a few minutes walk
away from the hotel.

30 bedrooms have balcony or terrace and all are sea facing but only have glimpses
of the sea view due to the land rising across the road.
There are only 9 bedrooms which are not served by the Lift. These rooms have one
flight of stairs.
